The Nearly Me #420 Modified Triangle Form is a non-weighted polyurethane foam form covered in smooth polyester fabric that doesn’t snag or shrink. This breast form has a shallower profile as compared to the fuller classic style. The modified triangle fits best when more natural tissue has been left after surgery. Foam breast form has fabric cover, plus fabric tab to attach or sew into clothing for more security. The breast form is washable, reusable and extremely durable.  You are able to wear the #420 Modified Triangle Breast From after surgery, during various athletic activities, swimming or sleeping.
