The Nearly Me #560 Modified Triangle Weighted Breast Form is a modified triangle polyurethane weighted foam breast form recommended after surgery or for relaxing, swimming or sleeping.  Also recommended during various athletic activities. Covered in a smooth polyester fabric that doesn’t snag or shrink after washing. Fabric security tab allows permanent attachment to clothing. Provides a more shallow profile than fuller classic style.  Recommended when more natural tissue has been left after surgery. Center is weighted with metal pellets.
